Hello, I’m Alessia!

About me

My name is Alessia Salandria, I’m 24 years old and I live in Ronchi dei Legionari, a town in the province of Gorizia, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations in July 2024 at the University of Udine, I decided to continue my studies by enrolling in the Master’s program in Integrated Communication for Enterprises and Organizations. I was motivated by the desire to better understand how people and companies can grow together through effective and authentic communication.
I’m curious about the dynamics that make a group capable of collaborating and achieving shared goals. In addition to my studies in communication and my interest in people and organizational contexts, I enjoy working on practical projects that combine creativity, strategic communication, and teamwork management. One example is the creation of a website for a women’s clothing store, where I had the opportunity to apply and further develop these skills.

Professional goals

My goal is to develop strong skills in communication and project management within the field of human resources, contributing to the creation of strategies and initiatives that promote collaboration, organizational well-being, and professional growth. I am interested in combining creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to relationships to offer a concrete and valuable contribution to HR processes, from recruitment and training to talent management.

Why I created this website

In this website, I want to share my thoughts, experiences, and the projects I’ll be working on. It will be a space to collect everything that helps me grow, both personally and professionally.
